Nominations for the Canada Oil & Gas Awards will be accepted until April 16, 2015. About the Canada Oil & Gas Awards: Because there are many operators, suppliers and service providers mak- ing impressive contributions to the Canadian energy industry every year, the Oil & Gas Awards were created to honour those organizations that have proven themselves to be leaders. The competition offers a platform for the industry members to demonstrate and celebrate the advances made in the key areas of environment, efficiency, innovation, corporate social responsi- bility, and health and safety. Organizations competing for the Canada Oil & Gas Awards gain more than just recognition from their peers. As a result of the awards made by the senior executive panel, the Oil & Gas program benefits the winners by en- abling them to market their success with an expanding base of clients and customers. After the ceremonies end, the orga- nizers provide digital and hardcopy output of the events in the form of announcements, an awards supple- ment and a Winner's Yearbook. In ad- dition, the achievements recognized by Oil & Gas Awards are publicized in Canadian media venues devoted to the energy industry. To promote the successes of the participants and to share their win- ning practices with the energy indus- try, both the day and evening events will be live-streamed via the internet. Meanwhile, attendance at the Indus- try Summit, held during the day, is free for participating companies. The evening's gala dinner will include the announcements of the winners by a panel of judges. The panel compris- es senior executives from the E&P and midstream community. They will rec- ognize the contributions and achieve- ments of the winners, each of whom will then be invited on stage to receive their awards. The next program of Oil & Gas Awards and the first of its kind for Canada is to be held in Calgary, AB on June 24, 2015! There is still time to get involved! ➤ continued, pg 42
